Cloud Storage Issue

Since the last update to Photoshop 23.3.1  I have noticed that my total of used GBs in my 20GB storage has jumped up by 3GBs even though I went through and permantently deleted items from my Cloud Storage and haven't used photoshop since the 11th of April when it updated to 23.3.0   

 

Something isn't right. When I try to contact an agent, they basically hang up on me.

Yes, I have followed all the steps to this even, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/delete-files-permanently.html , and it still jumped up like that.
