Cloud storage not showing correct usage

Hi my cloud storage shows 10Gb of my 20 GB being used but I don't have any photos stored in cloud storage can anybody advise why this is the case

If you had files in any of these locations that could account for the storage use

Also another common cause are files in the deleted area here:

I'd check these and see if that helps.
