cloud storage says full

I have had messages saying my 20gb storage is full. After removing all documents/photographs from the cloud and then going into the deleted folder nd removing them too it still tells me I'm out of storage!! i have tried multiple times to contact support and get this fixed but no help! Can someone please help me?

    check all 4 sites.  check all links and folders.

      I have clicked all the links and still all folders are saying I have no files or images etc.

      then contact adobe support. there are 2 ways to contact adobe; chat and twitter:

      chat:
      use a browser that allows popups and cookies
      and click here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
      in the chat field (lower right), type AGENT
      be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human.

      twitter:
      tweet @AdobeCare
