Cloud Sync creating all sorts of Windows Explorer bugs

I don't know what is happening but the CloudSync process is bugging Windows Explorer and creating all sorts of problems. It's like it keeps refreshing the explorer nonstop. It makes the cursor glitch while resizing a window, sometimes the icons in desktop keeps flashing, thumbnails disappear and when it gets worse, Explorer can't even load a folder. I thought it was a problem in my hard drive but the hardware is completely fine and when stopping CloudSync in the Task Manager, the weird glitches stop.

Please fix it, it's a really serious bug and happens constantly.
