Cloud won't restore my CC Files folder

I'm getting this error, and clicking Restore is just returning the error to me.

But the deal is that Cloud knows I have moved the folder. See:

Has your Creative Cloud folder location moved?, is your Creative Cloud folder located on a network or is it local on your computer?
