Olá, fiz uma compra recentemente do plano da Creative Cloud, onde incluía o adobe illustrator por 90/mês, porém a cobrança veio por 69/mês e não consigo ter acesso ao illustrator, pois diz que preciso comprar um plano, sendo que já comprei. E não aprece o plano que comprei na minha conta da adobe, porém está mostrando a cobrança na minha fatura. Alguém pode me ajudar como faço pra cancelar essa cobrança?
