j ai installe creative cloud mais il me bbloque quand je veux acceder aux applications pour les telecharger , il me donne un code erreur 198

in the error message panel, click the view error log and check which file is unavailable or lacks permissions.  then enable read/write permissions* for the problematic file.

enable permissions for

 

Windows

a) right-click on the concerned file. Select Properties from the drop-down menu. 

b) in the Security tab, ensure that the file or folder for which the issue is occurring has both Read & execute permissions.

 

macOS

a) Go to File > Get Info, and then select Sharing & Permissions. Select system from the Name column.

b) Ensure that it has Read & Write privilege.

 

If the concerned file or folder isn't available on the device (in case of a manual clean-up), uninstall** the existing app and install the latest version.

then uninstall the cc desktop app using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

Try resetting the CC App.
To reset the Creative Cloud desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:
Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the CC App:
