After using Adobe app, I am facing a problem. Every MS word document is getting converted to coded language and it is becoming difficult for me to access my personal documents. Please help me on this matter.

IMO it has nothing to do with Any Adobe App/Program.

There is no Adobe app that directly interacts with MS Word Documents and or would somehow change the Text and formatting of a Word Document into some type Code.

After using which Adobe app?
Try restarting your computer.
Run an anti-virus scan.
