Ho un problema. Mi hanno attivato un account universitario con il pacchetto adobe solo che non riesco a fare la configurazione.

Una volta che clicco su Accedi, mi viene richiesto di inserire la mia email e poi che mi sarà inviato via email un codice di identitifcazione. Il codice arriva troppo tardi ed ogni volta non è più valido. Come posso risolvere?

can you change your email address or use a secondary one or a mobile, Adobe Account

Hello,

I cannot change because I can only use the university account with that particular email. The license is attributed to that email.

you'l probably need to let your it manager know and see if they can help.

there's a chance adobe support might be able to help, but i don't see how. just in case,

using a browser that allows popups and cookies, contact adobe support during pst business hours by clicking here, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

click contact us (= cryptic icon in the lower right)

in the chat field, type AGENT
be patient, it can take quite a while to reach a human
