collaborating on shared folder on creative cloud, Who's storage quota is used?

Hi, we have two creative cloud accounts. We tried to collaborate on a specific project that was originally hosted just on one creative cloud. My question is if the second account adds files to the collaborated folder to which account storage quota does it count. To the original where all the files were or the newly added account?
