Collaborators seeing 404 message after opening library

Hello. I have sent some collaborators invites to my CC Libraries. These users are all on the same Adobe account as me. A few of these users are receiving a "404: Asset not found" message after accepting the invite and trying to access the library. Even though they have accepted the invite, I still see them as "pending" in my screen. Other users are not having issues accessing the libraries. What could be the possible issue here?
