Colours in my Library are off

Question

For some reason my colours that I have saved in my libraries suddenly are off. The red is to bright, the green to dark etc.

Each colour in the library still has the right colour mix when I check the rgb numbers, but they don't match anymore the correct hue when actually used for drawing.

Can anybody help?
