Comments/Highlights not syncing from tablet?

Whenever I make any highlights/comments on my tablet, I don't see them when I open it up later on my laptop. I can, however, see any changes I make on my computer later on my tablet, just not the other way around. Any idea on what's going on?

I'm fairly new to using Adobe and the Cloud, so I could just be missing something simple.
