Commission owed to me

Question

Hi, I have/had commision owed from Adobe Business Catalyst and I replied to the email informing me of my commision -- however it seems the email fell on deaf ears and according to latest email from Adobe, "you've forfited your commision". How can that be when I in fact repliedwith my Paypal email and portal credentials to credit my account?
