Question

Computer lag...

This isn't a question, but rather a statement. I'm posting it here, because any type of 'contact us' link seems to force you to go through their "virtual assistant" (the one you're directed to, rather ironcally, when you click the link that says "get help from real people"). I've been a CC subscriber for years now, and a purchaser for decades, prior ot that, but this will be my last one, if they don't do something about how much EVERY CC program slows down every other function on my relatively new and reasonable powerful computer. They've got about 8 months before they lose me for good.

For best results, use a modern browser that accepts cookies and does not have script blockers.

=================

Account Log-in:  https://account.adobe.com/plans

Or use the following direct link. Type AGENT in the chat prompt followed by ENTER.

Wait for a human to join in.

Without computer details no other user here is going to even be able to guess what is happening

As far as chat...

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
Do be aware that wait times are sometimes long before an agent responds
.
You MUST make sure that your browser does NOT block ads, scripts, or pop-ups
You MUST also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for the link to work
This will NOT work if you are using a VPN
.
This link will go directly to the chat option
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen
Type "Agent" in the chat box to bypass the chatbot and be connected to a person
-Meaning type in the word Agent in the lower right, without the quote " " marks
or
Twitter tweet @AdobeCare
.
Adobe does NOT do support by email, so beware of answering anyone who sends you a private message

Thanks for the reply, however... I wasn't seeking solutions. I've been working with computers, and these programs for a long time, and I've done enough searching for those solutions online to know that this is a common problem. I do not see it as one that I should have to solve. It is up to adobe to solve it, or lose my business. You know, free-market-style... And as to any business requiring me to NOT use an ad blocker to access their services, especially for a product I pay for, well, that's just another reason for me to move along sooner rather than later. Thanks.

adobe suggestions have greater effect if made elsewhere.

for applicable apps, you can make (some) suggestions to adobe here, https://helpx.adobe.com/ie/x-productkb/global/how-to-user-voice.html

for others, use https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html
