Consent Management Platform

Hi, my site is going to implement CMP soon. Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target are both implemented via Adobe Launch and both will not fall under the same category. 

e.g: Essentials Consent (always on), Consent A - Analytics, Consent B - Target. 

Let's say if i reject Consent A, is there a way i can block AA from firing on my site but to fire only AT? The only way we can think of for now is to modify every rule based on the event listener (if consentA=0 > stop page tracking etc) but this is going to be a big job for us since we have 100s of rules. Can we read the event listener from extension level instead of going through each rules?
