CONSTANTLY GETTING SYNC ERROR. WHY?

Virtually every file I save to my Creative Cloud triggers an "unable to sync" error message.  I really don't understand why -- or even what this means.  I use Creative Cloud not only for all my Adobe projects, but also documents relating to them -- perhaps I don't understand it's purpose?

 

I have a "Creative Cloud Files" on my sidebar, open that, and upload files -- of all sorts -- to a slew of folders.  That seems simple enough, but perhaps I have misunderstood how this should work.

Is there a tutorial for Dummies that I should watch before embarrassing myself?
