Constantly told Adobe Creative Cloud doesn't recognize me?

Hi,

Can anyone tell me why, even though I automatically pay Adobe Creative Cloud monthly, every other time I go to open Photoshop, After Effects, Bridge, i.e. CC et.al. that I receive a message that says Adobe CC doesn't recognize me?

Then I must go through an entire rigamarole of signing in, verifying my phone number, putting in a code and entering my password.  I'm not a criminal.  I've paid my bill in full every time. What's the deal? Why can't their system just recognize a customer / member in goodstanding and not have to mess with them each time?

Is anyone else experiencing this tedium? Does anyone know how it can be avoided, or dare I say, eradicated? I'm all for security, but I'm only signing on from the one same PC every time - how weird is that?

Anyway, it's New Year's Day and I was only hoping to start the new year off with a couple of learning tutorials before class restarts on the 12th.

Thanks in advance for any and all who are able to help me with this! 🙂  >^. .^<

Thank you so much!! I really was having a time. In animation creation, time is of the essence and it really helps to get moving if software just opens and works properly!! HUGE karma points to you!! 😄
