Convert XD (monthly) to CC (annual)

Hello,

I currently have an XD monthly plan but would like to upgrade to CC's annual plan. I activated XD to be able to share my files and co-edit with other users. my question is: if I activate the full CC plan, do I have the same options in XD or do I have to keep the XD plan active too?
