Converting Creative Cloud account from Enterprise to personal account.

Hi,

I have been working for a university and using the Creative Cloud enterprise account since 2015.

Due to a COVID driven restructure I will be leaving at the end of the year.

What is the best or easiest way to convert from an Enterprise account to a personal one?

Thank you

Andrew

There is nothing to convert.  When you leave school, your Enterprise plan will stop working.

1. Uninstall all your old Creative Cloud apps with the Adobe Cleaner tools.

2. Subscribe to a paid personal plan with a new Adobe ID (email) and password.

NOTE:  Save 25% with the Black Friday special.  Offer ends Nov 27th.

3. Download & install new versions of Creative Cloud apps.

As far as I know (I don't work for Adobe) you can't "convert" you must cancel your old account and buy a new account

You will also need to be sure to copy all cloud storage files to local storage, since I don't think your new account will be able to access cloud files from your old account

To not have to pay a cancel fee if your old account is not about to expire you need Adobe support

Be sure to remain signed in with your Adobe ID before accessing the link below
-you must also allow 'cookies' in your web browser for this to work
https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/support.html for chat or https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/phone.html
-click the chat icon at the bottom right of the page to open a chat session
-the chat icon looks like '3 dots inside a circle' at the lower right
-type AGENT into the chat window to connect directly to a person rather than the AI
Do be aware that Adobe's staffing is impacted by the virus, so wait times are long
