Core sync files missing desktop app

Hi, for past day or so i'm unable to sync files or download any creative cloud apps on my desktop, and I've 

already:

 

uninstalled every cc app including preferences

Then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller

clean your computer of cc files per

restarted my computer

reinstalled the cc desktop app

alternative download links

Firewalls

Every community suggestion and youtube video

 

Then realized I'm missing the Core Sync service, and I'm unable to figure out how to make it back to my computer. Is there any way to fix this problem?

even though you've done most of the following steps, repeat each possible step in the proper order and execute the additional steps: 



uninstall every cc app including preferences per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html

then uninstall the cc desktop app, again using the correct uninstaller per https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html#sa_src=web-messaging

clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html

check for, and if available, update your os

if windows is your os, repair all ms visual c++ versions that can be repaired (use google if you don't know how to do this)

if windows is your os update your ms visual c++, if it can be updated (use google if you don't know how to do this)

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall the cc desktop app using the "alternative download links" at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

NOTE: win 11 users that have trouble with the latest win 10 installer often have success with the older win 10 installer.

Iv done all of it no luck even downloaded older versions and it forced me to update to latest with the same end result plus this still hasnt went away

so, you're able to install the cc desktop app without a problem, and only see problems when trying to sync files and when trying to install adobe apps using the cc desktop app, correct?  

 

ie, you can open the cc desktop app and see the apps list without problem.
