core sync not responding

Hello

(I am writing from a Mac power book pro 2.4 GHz Intel Core i5, but the problem is occurring on an iMac 2.93 GHz Intel Core i7 OSX 10.10.2)

My computer is sometimes so slow that i cannot do anything with it at the moment.

The activity monitor shows that the Adobe core sync is not responding and using all the memory.

My Adobe CC  was updated on 22 April 2015.


I am currently trying to make screenshots and restarting my computer but it seems that I cannot reproduce the problem right now.


But it does happen a lot.

Are there old files that are left somewhere and which I should delete?

How can I fix this problem when it occurs?

Marie, did you try to close this coresync service from Activity Monitor? Please close Creative cloud and relaunch it after restarting the machine.
