CoreSync Causes Windows 10 to be Unresponsive

After Windows update for September 2019, my computer has been unresponsive and was all due to CoreSync.

How do I know this?

I went into task manager and ended CoreSync and my computer came alive again.

Don't respond by saying to reinstall Creative Cloud because I have. Don't say to check for updates and install the latest one, because I have. It's not just happening to one of my computers, but all my computers after the Windows 10 update. I have a Gigabyte Aero 15X and a custom-built High-End PC.

Its just unacceptable for one thing to ruin my experience with the adobe programs.

Return to the previous version until Microsoft figures out what has been broken.

And this is an Adobe problem that a Windows Update broke something?
