Coresync constantly uploading, doesn't finish syncing

Hi

I have a problem where the application CORESYNC is constantly uploading at around 80-90kb/s and the creative cloud application says syncing 1 of 6 files.

Even if left over night it will never get anywhere, yet continue syncing and high memory usage.

Yet, between lightroom and lightroom mobile settings and changes sync quickly.

Any resolution?
