CoreSync.exe Application Error "Illegal Instruction"

Hello, had to post something on here as I can't find a solution anywhere else.

I recently got an error message pop up while I was using Photoshop that stated the following:

"CoreSync.exe - Application Error

The exception Illegal Instruction.

An attempt was made to execute an illegal instruction (0xc000001d) occurred in the application at location 0x000000007437F913.

Click on OK to terminate the program.

Click on CANCEL to debug the program."

If I click on either OK or CANCEL, the error message pops up again in the centre of the screen.  I've tried to de-install Creative Cloud, but every time I open an Adobe-related product, the error message appears in the centre of the screen.  This is the same for the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner and any other setup programs.  I can't close the error window as it just re-appears again.

Running on Windows 10.  All my Adobe products are legitimate.

How can I fix this issue?

Thanks.

Hi @DearestHershel,

Could you please share the specification of your operating system? What was the last activity you performed on your device before this issue? Also, to confirm, this is happening with all Adobe apps, correct? Please ensure you are using the updated version of the operating system.

We're here to help, just need some info.

Regards,

Tarun
