Hi Sean,

What does it show in the preferences for the file location?

If click the little icon at the end of the field, choose change and direct it to the Creative Cloud Files folder in your user directory does it make any difference?

Thanks,

- Dave

It says could not enable sync -the creative cloud needs to rename your folder- "Creative Cloud Files" please close all programs and restart your machine.

Thanks for the info Sean,

You might test if the same thing occurs in a newly created administrator account. Are you on Windows or Mac? Does your current user account have administrator rights?
