Couldn't access assets online anymore

Hello,

 

I couldn't access my creative cloud files on the web. Someone from Adobe can help me out, please?

 

I noticed this error started occurring last week. Also, there are some files that wouldn't sync to my Adobe Creative Cloud; It gets a check on my desktop but I couldn't access them on CC on my phone (iOS). And btw, I'm online when this happens, so it's not because I'm "offline" like the error says. (Error in the error message, too.)
