creatice cloud

bonjour, j'ai fais une periode d essai avec creatice cloud. maintenant je l'ai achete et il me dit pour le telechargement impossible d acceder au serveur adobe. verifier vos pare feux et horaires.l heure et deate de l ordi est ok..le pare feu j 'ai un norton mais pendant la periode d 'essai rien ne bloquait. Merci de votre aide
