Creating a Form

Does Adobe have an auto-populate feature? For instance I want to create a yearly review form. Emplyee inputs there information and then chooses supervisor or staff from a drop down menu. If they choose supervisor it auto-populates questions based on their position, and vice versa for staff. Does it have this and if so how do I use it?

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Adobe makes about 50 apps and services.

Which app are you using to create your forms?

None of them yet. I am trying to figure out the best one that will allow me to do what I need to do. We have our yearly performance review that needs to be redone and I believe that some questions pertain strictly to a supervisory role and some to strictly staff. So we want to recreate the form to where the managers can choose from a category drop down menu: staff or supervisor for the employee and then have questions populate for the category selected.
