Creating an interactive graphic

Hi, I'm trying to create something like this interactive graphic for my website - https://www.altium.com/altium-365  - how would I start that with Adobe? I can't seem to find any decent tutorials that don't require me to sign up for a service.

    That site is built with a combination of web technologies including:

    • Animated GIF, SVG and PNG graphics,
    • Node.js & JavaScript,
    • HTML,
    • CSS code. 

     

    For graphics & animation: look at Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Animate CC.

    For programming with code: look at Dreamweaver.
