Creating fillable fields with superscripting currency symbols

I am trying to create editable PDFS that use currency symbols that I'd like superscripted. For example, my client would like to change a price to be 2/$4, but would like the dollar sign superscripted. Another example is if they want something to be 99¢, how can I a) use the cents symbol, and b) superscript that cents symbol?
