Creative cloud 20gb to 1tb

Hello there,

 

I currently have the creative cloud programm with 20gb (well ... I cancelled the plan already).

I wanted to upgrade to 1tb but it wasn't possible so I though I should cancel the plan and start a new one. However this doesnt work as planned so I am asking for some advice.

Whenever I want to start the new plan it tells me, that the purchase is not supported and I cant do anything about it ...

You're merely increasing storage space, not changing plans. Cancellation is NOT necessary. See below.

if you want to cancel a plan and start a new one definitely contact adobe support per @John T Smith to avoid an early cancellation penalty.
