Creative Cloud Account shows active, but Adobe wants me to sign up or start free trial.

Question

Creative Cloud Account shows active, but Adobe wants me to sign up or start free trial. I have 4 months left on my 12 months memebrship, everytime i close the trail window Adobe shuts down with it.

This means i cannot use Adobe at all at the current time.

if that fails, https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/adobe-license-issues-keychain-credential-mgr.html

if those all fail, change your cc language. eg, try international english

if that fails, change the install location
