Creative Cloud and All Apps just not working!

Am I the only one that is having trouble with trying to open any of the apps in Creative Cloud.  All I get is spinning on the Mac with Catalina.  I try sometimes for 3 hours just to get Photoshop or InDesign to open ... this has been going on for months.  I have uninstalled the apps, Creative Cloud, removed the preferences ... everything that has been listed in these types of forums.  It is getting really frustrating to spend more of your day trying to open a program than to actually design something.

 

Any suggestions???

only if all those fail:

 

1. reset the cc app:
to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

2. if that fails, try to repair

3. if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

4. if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=creative-cloud
