Creative Cloud and application preferences - no synchronisation whatsoever

Als possibly every client must have noticed, when migrating from one device to anoter, no preferences whatsoever are ever synchronised.

Every user of these applications must have sat there, bewildered at the utter ignorance or maybe unwillingness to solve this situation.

As a designer you've spent a lot of time painstakingly setting up your applications for fluent use through the years; menu positions, colour libraries, tool settings - everything vanishes in an instant, when you migrate to a next device.

Even the most basic set of settings, languages of your applications, set in the preferences of the Creative Cloud app. 

New device, everything is the same as before.

But no! We now install all apps in your 'native device language' - which is Dutch, although I've explicitely set Creative Cloud to exclusively use 'English international' years ago. 

A simple toggle switch to add these setings to your account?

Nah. 

Importing / Exporting of these setings?

Nah. Impossible.

So, Adobe, precisely what's the point of crafting a so-called 'clever and state-of-the-art cloud environment', if even this utterly simple set of settings cannot be easily transferred or stored in 'the cloud'?

As an Adobe user from 'day one', to me this is really, utterly unacceptable.
