when will substance painter appear in the creative cloud line up? 

How can i save my Substance Painter files to the cloud? Does Adobe have a cloud storage service

these are user-to-user forums and everyone that has inside company info would be subject to an nda so you're not going to see non-public info here.  you can use a search engine to check for public info on adobe's webiste about substance painter.
