Strange.  Clicking on the top bar icon in the finder on my new Mac Mini M1 (11.1) machne, the CC window opens and nothing in it works.  No links, nothing.  I can't even quit the app from the menu.  And I thought I had probolems with Photoshop?!!

first, reset the cc app:

to reset the cc desktop app, make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R

if that fails, try to repair
https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-install-stuck.html

if that fails go ahead and uninstall/reinstall per the above link

if that fails, do a clean cc install following each applicable step:

uninstall every cc app including preferences, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-remove-app.html
then uninstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
clean your computer of cc files per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html
check for, and if available, update your os
restart your computer (don't skip this)
reinstall the cc desktop app, https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
if you're unable to install the cc desktop app at this stage, use the link at the bottom of the page at https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html
use the desktop app to install your cc programs/trials

This was a MAJOR problem and a big PITA.  After wasting hours trying all the above methods, I spent an hour on the phone with a support person.  He acknowledged that it is a known issue and finally had to download a new installer from a secret Adobe page, and that worked.  Then we downloaded the new PSCC 22.3, and it appears to work, though barely tested.

I wish I could get that software!  I've been dealing with this for almost three weeks and I've gotten no solutions.  Thank goodness this is happening on my personal computer and not my work computer.  It's tough making a living when you can't use the Adobe Creative Cloud and tech support just throws up their hands in frustation.
