Creative Cloud app does not recognise installed apps

For whatever reason CC has decided to not recognise my installed apps bar 4.

I've tried removing/renaming the file located here:

/~user/Library/Application Support/Adobe/OOBE/opm.db

as suggested here:

Signed out of CC and restarted. No joy.

I really hope I dont have to waste a ton of time resintalling everything. This issue pos up quite regulalry too.

reset the cc desktop app: make sure it's in the foreground, then press:

Win: Ctrl + Alt + R
Mac: Cmd + Opt + R
