Creative Cloud app (infinite loading)

HI!
My Creative Cloud app no longer opens (infinite loading)...

I have already tried several solutions, but nothing...

I have given all permissions (even as administrator)
Firewall disabled
Updated M. Visual++ drivers
Performed clean cloud install

does anyone have any other solutions?

PS. (I have WIN11 OS latest version)
