Creative Cloud App issues

iPhone X ISO ver 11.2: Full CC suite subscriber.

2 issues/problems/questions:
1- Creative Cloud app has a tab labeled 'LIGHTROOM' when chosen can have an Album added to it by taping the + icon (bottom center).

Why does that album not show up (sync) with the web access of the CC. Files, Libraries and Mobile Creations are shown but not Lightroom nor the album created with the app. Seems like the cloud side of the relationship needs an update to show a Lightroom choice.

2- Once an album is created on the app, photos can be added and removed. However the album itself can not be removed. An error message stating "Could not delete <name
