Creative Cloud app not filling widow properly

Hi,

When I launch the creative cloud app, it is not filling the window properly and the click points for the mouse do not line up with the icon buttons. Also, I cannot see the right side and bottom of the app. It is like the app is open in a window inside the app window.  I have tried changing the resolution and scale factors to see it that helps but nothing seems to affect it.  This was not a problem yesterday and nothing new has been changed to my knowledge. I attached a screenshot of what it looks like. Has anyone else seen this before?
