creative cloud app not working.

When I click this app in the windows 10 menu, nothing happens.

Whats the trick to get this to work?

that updated the CC app thank you, havent tested the main icons but assume they`ll function now.

 

When I choose not to update an app in Creative Cloud, and uninstall it, it asks me to remove or keep the settings etc, I click Keep, and that photoshop app is removed from the list shortly after. 

 

When I cancel the updates on the InDesign apps, there is no 3 button pop up to uninstall? (unlike with photoshop)

It only reads "Update"...
