Creative Cloud App on iPad

I have an older iPad and a brand new 8th gen iPad.

Whenever I start the Creative Cloud app now it displays the splash screen, pauses for a couple of seconds and then crashes.

I cannot get it to run on either iPad.

Does anyone else have the same problem and how do I solvce it?

Hi Vernon,

can you please try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? We recently released a newer version 5.5.1 which might help.
