Creative cloud app simply will not open

All of my apps will open when requested but for some reason my creative cloud app will not open. I have tried to repair it and re-install it 3 times. Installed a C++ update from microsoft to no avail. If i open task manager I can see it running in the backround, but as a 32 Bit program even though I have a 64bit system. 

And yes I have looked through the foums for anything but didnt find anything that helped. 

Specs: 

Windows 11 Home

i-7 11700

3060Ti 

32Gb DDR4 3200 mHz Ram.

2.5 Tb Storage.

Hi @Riley H I see you don't have any replies yet, sorry about that. Are you still having the same problem with the Creative Cloud Desktop app not working or launching? Sounds like you've tried a lot of troubleshooting steps already. When you tried to repair it, did you use the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool? https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.html. Are you able to launch all of your apps normally from the Creative Cloud Web when you are signed in with your Adobe ID? https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/web

 

If you are still unable to launch the CC Desktop app, you may need to talk with Adobe technical support. 

 

For chat support, make sure you are signed in with your Adobe ID.

ok! yes i am still haveing this issue. After installing another different version of the app it launched but as I closed it it wouldnt open again. Thank you for your help And I will test it all out1
