Creative Cloud claim's cloud storage full and no deleted files

Yesterday Adobe Creative Cloud stopped syncing, because my cloud storage was full.

So I did what I always do. Deleted some files, and moved some old stuff to an external drive.

But this time it didn't work. Creative Cloud claims the storgae (100 GB) is full, and when I go to https://assets.adobe.com/deleted, it says I have no deleted files.

My Creative Cloud Files folder is currently 76 GB big, but according to Creative Cloud, I have more than 100 GB in the cloud.

I found the problem!

I always have to visit https://assets.adobe.com/deleted to delete the files I have deleted on my computer. (It's annoying, but I have to delete the files on two places). Today I discovered that that link for some reason only shows deleted documents now, and not other files.

I found the files by accident by clicking a link in a menu in the bottom left corner. (My Creative Cloud is in Swedish, and I don't know what the menu options are in English).

But deleted files can now be found at https://assets.adobe.com/deletedsyncedfiles, and the URL I have always used now leads to something else.

i don't how every response can specify the importance of the deleted folders and you feel it took personal sleuthing to find this.

to clear or check all files stored on adobe's servers, use a web browser to navigate to the following locations. at each location there are several folders to check.:

https://assets.adobe.com

https://lightroom.adobe.com

https://documentcloud.adobe.com

https://spark.adobe.com

if you delete anything from any of these locations, check for a deleted folder where your file(s) was (were) moved. if you want to clear space you must delete files in the deleted folder.
