i can't find any information about this sync error. i need help troubleshooting.

Hi Katelyn,

Would it be possible to share a screen shot of the error?

A few other general questions/recommendations

  • Has sync worked in the past?
  • Does the error reference a specific file or folder?
  • Is the file one which is collaborated with others?
