I am constantly getting errors with Adobe. It is saying that I have used 76.22% of my storage when I only have ONE file that is 4.26 gigs…I have 20 gigs of space total, there is NOTHING in my archived folder and it is saying that I have used 15.24 gigs of my space (76.22%) I have called into Adobe, I have chatted the specialist and no one has been able to help me with my account. I also constantly get errors trying to upload files to adobe using my desktop manager……..I am paying for a service that has not be working properly for months and no one at Adobe can help me, I am very frustrated.

Hi TBankston,

We found a metadata issue that was causing three of your files to not be visible to you. We've placed the three files into a "Recovered" folder in your Creative Cloud Files. If you no longer need these files, you can put them in the archive where they can be permanently deleted from the Creative Cloud.

Thanks,

Marc

Can you guys help me too. I didn't have issues like the one TBankstonrefers above, but today, for no reason, my storage when up to the roof. I tried transferring some files to my computer, reinstalling the Creative Cloud client in my Mac, and still the same.

I have been using this service for more than 2 years, and this is the first time happen to me. I am pretty sure my folder contain less than 13 GB, at least 7 GB away from max my storage in the Cloud. The CC client said that I am using 17.2 GB

HELP!!
