Creative cloud damaged

The message showed in the screen shot below appears repeatedly even if I'm not using any Adobe app. Have to reinstall Creative Cloud and continue working with the computer. It don't seems to be related to any malfunction of Lightroom or Photoshop. Does anyone explain me how to get this message our before to get ride of Creative Cloud?
