Creative Cloud Desktop App will not Resume File Syncing

My file syncing is stuck paused and when I try to press the play button, nothing happens.

I'm on a Windows PC. How may I correct this?

The file syncing cloud on the Creative Cloud desktop app has a pause and resume option. These options are represented by pause and play icon buttons.

It basically just fixed itself. Which is annoying, because I have no idea what the problem was.
