Creative Cloud Desktop App won't sync

Goodmorning everybody, my CC Desktop App is not syncing anymore. The icon continues to spin and spin without reaching any result or completion.

Is there anybody out there experiencing the same problem? Any useful tips?

if you're not seeing an error message (and you're not syncing many files), check each one.
